Diane, Sounds like you have your act together. I've lived in Florida my entire live (60 yrs) and hope to retire somewhere cooler. Chances are pretty good; however, with all the CHANGES that are coming our way, my husband and I will stay right here in Sebring. I thing your Blog is adorable and will enjoy visiting often. Josi
